DS slept in a onesie to bed last night. We were sitting on the floor playing this morning and I noticed how baby-ish he looked in it... so I'm thinking of getting him a few more onesies while I still can.
Do it! He's still a baby even though he's no longer an infant. I can't even find onesies in DS's size!!! (18 months) Let me know if you find some, I want to dress him in them too! (They're great for wearing under his fleece footed pj's in the winter)

They have some at Baby Gap for up to 2 years. I've just been ignoring them because, sniff, DS is a big boy. Now I think I may have to get some
Awww.. I am not ready for my 1 yr old to grow up (maybe that is why he is not growing ; ).. I still call him "baby" - sad thing is he responds to both "baby" & his name!
I love onesies, they stay tucked in pants and keep Adrian's belly and back warm. I can still find onesies in 24 months, since the 18 month ones are getting snug on A. I say go for it. I try not to get ones that are too baby (light blue with teddy bears) but there's plenty out there that are good for an older baby.
Me: 44 DH: 42.
DS born healthy at 40 weeks 8/24/09.
TTC since then with no luck or ART.
Surprise BFP 8/6/14... MMC @ 8 weeks 4 days... Miss you everyday sweet baby angel.
I still dress Matt in jumpers and onesies and footie pjs with faces on the feet whenever I can find them. I figure he is a baby for such a short time! DH likes to dress him like a little boy.
Sarah is wearing onesies (12 month or 12-18 month size) every day under sweaters and pants. T-shirts always ride up and her belly and back get cold and it's not that warm here. I don't think it's baby-ish, it's practical. :-)

Go for it!
and thanks for the tip on where to buy the *older* ones as N is now fitting in 18-24 size!
)
Old Navy sells 3-packs of onesies in larger sizes. So does Carters.
I bought Aaron a 4-pack in 18 month size (long sleeve) for now. (I'm shocked he's still 18 month).
