I just wanted to share something--since Week 14 I've been sleeping with a body pillow, after someone recommended it to me for comfort. My sciatica has been HORRIBLE in the last few weeks and I've tried everything to combat it with no luck... until 3 nights ago. I ditched the body pillow and instead just used a small travel-sized pillow between my knees for sleeping. And wouldn't you know, the last 3 nights of sleep have been SO much better?
I used to get up to pee and have issues walking to the bathroom because my leg and hip were sore/numb. Not anymore! Now I might be a LITTLE stiff/sore but not like before.
Just thought I'd suggest it to those of you who might have sciatic issues and be sleeping with a Snoogle/body pillow...
