Hi-
I'm just starting my 2nd trimester, and I feel so vein saying this, but I'm really having trouble adjusting to my new shape. I feel so fat and unattractive being pregnant so far. I'm totally worried my husband (who tells me all the time how he loves how I look), is just being nice.
Perhaps it's because I'm still in sort of an "in-between" level, where I'm slightly showing but don't have that cute baby bump like other moms I've seen.
Anyone else feel like this?
Re: Trouble adjusting to new body?
Thanks so much for your reply! I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of the bump, will make everything seem so real, I bet.
I've been trying to work out at least 3x per week- lifting weights and cardio....and I agree, it always makes me feel better!
Thanks again for your support
And buying some cute maternity clothes will help you, too. I recommend the Atrium Mall as both the Gap and the Second Time Around sell maternity clothes.
I think most men find their wives sexy when pregnant. You know, because it shows that they've "planted their seed" so to speak ;-)
Ccbelle-
You're so sweet! Thanks for the tips on the Maternity clothes. I think you're rright, it I've been trying to squeeze into my typical clothes, which I think is all wrong!
I'm going to do some shopping....and try to embrace my new curves!
Thanks so much!
