Completely agree with this, I don't even bother with those anymore unless it's someone I know. But I do get how exciting it is to find out and want to share! I love the "I have a penis!", or "I have two vaginas!" posts:).

This!! and that is what 2nd tri is all about. once you find out then its going to be questions all about what your nursery looks like and what is going to go on the registry. You think 3rd tri is better? Every other post is going to be "so and so is in labor!!" and "do you think my water broke?" and "I'm soo done being PG!!"

Dude, if I don't get my own post to AW the gender of my own baby when I find out, there is absolutely NO POINT to the 2nd trimester board.  Just effing move up to 3rd tri already if you're over the gender reveal posts.

If it is common knowledge that it's ok to share about constipation, leaky boobs, not gettin' any, or  mucus plugs, I would think it is ok to share the cool stuff like finding out who is living in your ute.

I honestly don't understand why people get annoyed with posts. Just scroll past it and move on, nobody is forcing you to open and reply.

IMHO, I love to read posts about finding out the gender. Its fun, its happy and exiciting news especially for the poster. If you don't like it move right on by or don't even bother with the 2nd tri board.
