Put it in the food processor and go. Do not steam it b/c it will turn brown/black. If it is soft enough already, you can also just mash it with a fork.

That was LO's first food and there is nothing to make.
Wash the avocado, peel it and mash it with a fork. I give it to LO in chunks but if you are doing purees maybe you should mash it with a fork.
