Spotting Question

Sorry if this is possibly TMI...

This cycle is driving me nuts! My temps are going up, and yesterday and today I've been spotting. I was doing some reading about the difference between spotting and a light period, and I'm really not 100% sure what I have is still spotting. Yesterday, it was just a bit of dark brown on occasion, and today it's that but also a bit of red. It's not much, and for the most part I only see anything when I wipe.

So I'm confused. If my temps are still up tomorrow, this is going to torture me! I read that you can have implantation bleeding for a few days, but if it's really the beginning of AF, my body is playing a cruel joke on me with this temp jump

I tested yesterday (10dpo) and today (11dpo)...BFN. I'm really hoping this is implantation bleeding, but I don't want to get my hopes up too much because I'm afraid I'm about to hit a temp drop. This morning, I had to do a double take, because I saw the ".18" and thought it dropped to 97.18, but then I realized it was 98.18 (yesterday was 97.72).

I'm a night owl, which really stinks when I'm anxious to temp and find out where I stand...hopefully it'll still be high tomorrow, and I'll get a BFP ::fingers very cautiously crossed::

10 and 11 dpo is still somewhat early...wait a couple of days, and if your temps are still up, test again. That jump looks promising. GL!
