Embarrassing question....

What is the difference between EWCM and uhh... excitement? KWIM?

    I think the best way I've found about how to differentiate is that EWCM is the only CM that's really stretchy.  If you take two pieces of toilet paper & try to stretch the CM between them, EWCM will stretch several cms/inches & nothing else ("excitement", semen, etc.) should.  That's what I've gone by.

    Having said that:  I can't tell you how many times I'm confused by CM!!!  (FF tells you, when in doubt, to record the "most fertile" CM possible, just in case.)  And, of course, it's when you're supposed to be looking for EWCM that you tend to have all of those other juices in the mix from FWPing that makes the whole thing, well, a mess.  ;)   

    Believe me, you are not the only one with this issue!!!
