This is the oldest pic I have available. It's about a month or older. He was born at 26w2d, 2 lb 3 oz. He is probably around 30 weeks or more in this picture.

Jack at 8 weeks old, 34 weeks gestational age. About 3lbs 1oz!
This is Angelina the day she was born. I think she was like 2-3 hours old. My mom took the picture on her phone to show me while I was in recovery. She was 26 weeks exactly and weighed 1lb 4oz. She spent 6 weeks on the vent and 16 weeks in the NICU.
Here is Angelina last week trying on her fairy wings. She is 16 months actual and 19 lbs. She is walking all over the place and is starting to talk.
This is Vincent a few minutes after he was born. He was 35 weeks 3 days and 4 lbs 13 ozs. He had no NICU time or issues from his premature birth.
Here is Vinny a few weeks ago. He is 5 months old actual and weighs a little over 16lbs! He is almost as big as his sister.
Aiden at 1 day old. 30 weeks 2 days 2lb 9oz and 14.5 inches.
Aiden at 8 months actual 17.5ish lbs and 25 inches the shorty!
He was 4 lb 9 oz, born close to 31 weeks. He is now 14 lbs 3oz (my chunky monkey!)
In my siggy the first picture is right after Annabelle was born. She weight 4lbs 10.5 oz and the second picture is her at 11 months old. Weighing around 19lbs 12oz.
I love looking at all the then and now pictures. Great idea Lemen.
