Re: and for my dumb question

  • Depends. My first cycle, I had them the whole 2WW. This cycle, I don't really have any. For most people, I would guess they start a few days before AF is due, when you're really thinking about it and when PMS is likely to creep in.

  • For me? Never.

But since they are "phantom" symptoms by nature, they could really start whenever. Whenever someone starts thinking they feel something relating to pregnancy. Could be 1dpo, could be 14dpo. Just depends.

  • So far I have had them for most of my 2WW. But I suppose it depends on the person and how long you have been trying. Several ladies on here don't even get them anymore.

Some people don't even O and "think" they feel something.

  • depends on the cycle... sometimes my boobs hurt the whole 2ww... sometimes they start closer to 7dpo.  The other one is being really tired, and that can hit any random day... sometimes before I even O!

  • I always get fatigue at around 4 DPO, followed by the occasional cramping, and then my boobs get sore a few days before AF. But at this point, I know that it happens every month, so it's just the natural course of my cycles. They're not phantom symptoms anymore.

However, I have to admit that a couple months ago I had a complete lack of these symptoms, so NOT feeling them became my phantom symptom. Confused lol.
