How do I find a more cooperative pediatrician?

DS pediatrician is excessivley difficult.

I follow the Dr. Sears vaccination schedule, and the pediatrician I've been going to is not only trying to coerce me into her ideal as a doctor (even though I've insisted upon a different schedule) she's telling me how I should parent too.  When I don't do what I assume she's done as a parent, she insists I'm wrong.  

How do I find a more cooperative pediatrician? the pediatric office is already hard enough, I don't need her elitist pov.

I found my pedi through the "tribe" boards at Mothering.com.  After a first pedi where everything was a fight, finding a pediatrician who is on the same page as us is wonderful.
