bleach inserts?

I'm sure this is a really stupid question but can i bleach the inserts of my BG 3.0?  I wash the diapers at night so i can't do the natural sun to bleach out stains until the weekends- which just require a little planning.  So for quick fixes could I add some bleach to the wash once a month to help? TIA.

Yes. BG actually recommends bleaching them monthly.

I would do 1/4 cup.
