Does anyone have any slightly less intense 20-30 minute workout videos they recommend? I dread 30 day shred so much that I waste much of DD's nap avoiding working out rather than just doing it.

I know you are asking for alternatives to the 30 day shred, but I have a couple suggestions that might help with making the 30 DS work for you...first, have you tried the lower impact modifications that are offered? Secondly, maybe try using lighter weights (or no weights at all). Other than that, for alternate videos, I would recommend something like Crunch: Boot Camp. There is a site that rates difficulty of workout tapes and 30 DS is rated "Advanced" while the Crunch DVD is rated "intermediate" and it's 30 min long.
If you're looking for something with cardio, I'd totally recommend Core Rhythms dvds... I've been using them for years and they CAN be intense but you can also just dance your way through them and still get a pretty good workout without the burn. Otherwise, I love the Gaiam series pilates and yoga dvds. They're great for beginners and are really effective at toning!
