Introducing myself

Hi all,

After lurking for 2 cycles, I decide to post. I can't really talk to anybody about all this TTC stuff and my husband thinks I overthink it too much so it will be nice to chat with y'all. I am 34 (almost 35) and I am on my 2nd cycle trying for #2. I got off BCP in June. My DD wil be 2 in November. I am using the CBEFM so according to that I am 10 DPO. I feel no phantom symptoms and caved and took a test this morning and got a BFN. Early to test, I know, but I was holding onto hope because that is when I got my BFP with DD. I just feel like it didn't happen for us and that AF will be visiting any day now. I am curious about using FF. I can't access the site at work so will need to check it out tonight. Does anyone do both CBEFM and FF?

As for CBEFM, I don't use it, but I do use OPK's and Fertility Friend. I know there are some ladies on here who use both. I don't know much about CBEFM, but I know with OPK's it can say you are going to ovulate and you can actually not. I am sure it would be good to do both, and you can become obsessive like the rest of us. HAHA.

10 days is still early! But, if this cycle isn't it for you, FF is a great resource. I don't use CBEFM, but I think there's a way you can add it's reading to your chart? Hopefully someone more informed will chime in.

I think PP said this, but just reiterating that you can join for free through anyone's ticker.
