Cloth Diapering

Stay Dry Liners

Hi! As part of my stash I have some flip covers and pre folds and I have seen stay dry liners you can put over the prefold to keep diaper rash down, but they are a little pricy. So I read on some sites about using microfleece or suade cloth from the cloth store instead. Has anyone tried this and had any luck?

thanks!

Re: Stay Dry Liners

  • Easy peasy.

Buy cheap, thin fleece on sale. Wash it first. Cut into rectangles. Lay them in the diaper. Done.

(don't get thick "blizzard fleece", buy the cheap thin stuff)

  • Ditto PP. I bought a yard of super cheap fleece at walmart and cut it up. I didn't even seam the ends.  They work great and were super cheap.  I use them in all her fitteds.
