tight pants fail

There is a new guy that works here.  He's very nice and well mannered.He even has a cute face.  Sort of reminds me of Andy from The Office, but hasn't broke out in a banjo song (that I know of).  He wears bow ties, plaid sweaters and tightie whities.  How do I know he wears tightie whities?  Because his pants are entirely too tight and boxers don't cover the groin like that.
