i am using my fetal doppler too much

been using it 2x/day the past couple days. I'm super nervous about my appt on Tuesday - (my baby is the one that HAD the cystic hygroma but it shrunk down and my ultrascreen testing came back really good). My doc said she doesn't plan to do an ultrasound Tues since I have a detailed one scheduled for oct. 13. please keep baby and us in your T&Ps - I am making myself an anxious mess. I hope I'm not hurting the baby by using the fetal doppler so much.
