Anyone use an at-home teeth whitening kit? I've never even used a whitening toothpaste and my teeth are pretty yellow. I'm finally happy with how I look...except my teeth.
I did it years ago through my dentist. They took impressions of my teeth, and I got a transparent thingy you put over your teeth. You put whitening gel in it and leave it on for about an hour. Initially, I had to do it every day for 2 weeks. Now I just do it when I want. I was very happy with it.
I know they do the laser-type whitening now, but I heard it is pricey.
I recently did the Rembrandt 2 hour one. I liked it. You put the trays in hot water to fit them to your teeth, put the gel in, and do 20 minutes on/10 minutes off. I did it over a couple days because it does sensitize your teeth. It also includes Rembrandt toothpaste to help keep them white.
