WW Girls, how many points for bell peppers and onion?

I'm trying to figure out how many points my huge pot of taco soup is and everything I'm putting in has a label, except for the bell peppers and onion.  I heard there's a recipe builder on e-tools but I don't have access to that.  My book says each is 0 points for 1 cup but I'm putting in over a pound of each.  Can anyone tell me how many points it is for 18 oz of bell peppers and 20 oz of onion?  TIA!!!
