How can I get stains out of PUL? PIP

I bought some used Kushies online. The listing said that there was minor staining at the seams. Well, it was a big fat lie. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning them so I'm wondering if anyone has any tricks up their sleeve.  

As you can see it's across the entire top and it's a peachy color. I have no idea what could do this...

Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Honestly, I'd return them. I have a white BG AIO that picked up some color from other diapers in the wash and no matter how many times I wash it, the color doesn't fade. It is permanently a light peachy-pink.

    I'd just keep them.  That stain doesn't bother me.

    If you bought them on a diaperswappers kind of sale, I can't imagine trying to return them.

    If you bought them on DS I would at least ask for a partial refund.
