Red bumps on back

My DD has always had very sensitive skin...rashes, bumps, etc. At any given time, she always has some sort of marks on her skin. Since yesterday, she's had little red bumps on her back, which she's had before, but it seems like more than usual. She's not sick or fevery. Of course, the dr isnt in on the weekend. Any ideas what this could be or what I can put on the spots? I wonder if she's allergic to something? Thanks

Tiny little red bumps always make me think it's a little bit of heat rash.   I took DD to the pedi once for red bumps and they told me to stop dressing her so warmly.
