night diapering?

I just received the BG AIO One size and I'm wondering if I have to do anything extra for night time diapering.  

Do I have to change it more often than a disposable?

I change CDs every 2-3 hours.

For night-time, you'll likely need extra absorbency. Stuff away.

It;'s a no stuff system. Should I change him every 3 hours then?

It will depend on if he's a heavy wetter.  The BG AIOs have a pocket that you can add extra inserts in if you need to.

i add an extra layer of hemp on the pocket for nights.

Our LO isn't a heavy wetter at night - we use one cloth in the gdiaper and he is good overnight. I think it depends on how much your LO typically goes at night :-). But I have seen that a lot of people do have to stuff a lot of layers in at night.

We use the BG AIOs for during the day, but they don't work for us at night. She can soak through one in about 3 hours.  BG AIOs have a pocket where you can add extra absorbency so adding a hemp insert may help.  We use Monkey Snuggles overnights and she can go 12 hours without a leak.

Not a fan of AIOs for overnight. My preference is a fitted with a wool cover.
