Lucy has really bad AR, gas and grunts/screams while feeding her sometimes.  We tried colic calm after researching alternative methods.  Our pediatrician approved and we've been using it any time she has a major grunting/screaming during or after feeding.  It seems to work instantly, she takes it right down--not bothered by the taste--and usually calms right away.  I am not saying it will work for everyone but I just wanted to share that it is helping us.

That's great that you found something that works for her! We used Gripe Water with my first son and it helped a lot!
