OUCH wtf!

in 3rd Trimester

I've been getting uncomfortable BH contractions for about 2 weeks now. No big deal, basically I feel my whole belly tighten up and it's accompanied by what feels like a menstrual cramp. Then it fades. Nothing timeable at this point.

Just now I had one that was also accompanied by a painful, sharp, shooting pain in my vag Indifferent

Wonderful. I wonder how many more weeks of this I'm going to have.

    I've been getting the same thing.  My contractions are about 15-25 minutes apart, but this varies some, and I get the pain you described off and on.  My doctor was able to feel baby's head yesterday, and she said I could go soon or it could take a couple weeks, as she has seen first time moms get stuck where I'm at.  Hoping for sooner rather than later for both of us!!!  She also said the pain could be baby on a nerve at times.

    Might be the baby hitting the cervix or a certain nerve near there, lightening crotch.
