I need a dip recipe for Saturday's LSU game. If you have any suggestions let me know. I want to try something other than queso, seven layer dip, french onion dip, or ranch.
Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a pan then add cooked ground beef that has been seasoned on top of that then add shredded cheddar cheese. Bake in the over until the cheddar cheese has melted.
I'll get the exact recipe if you want it but I thik its
sour cream
cream cheese
pepperoni
cripsy fried onions
You bake for like 15 minutes and eat with ritz crackers. delicious and different. let me know if you want it and I'll look up the specifics for you
Sound delicious. Do you think it would still taste good with turkey pepperoni and low fat cream cheese? I eat a lot of dip - I try to make myself feel better about that when I make the dip some what heathier. Also, love the new pic. I finally know what your face looks like!!

Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Add 1-2 cans of Hormel Chili (i use hot w/ beans). Top with cheddar cheese. Bake until bubbly. Super easy & cheap! Serve w/ tortilla chips.

i make this dip a lot and always get compliments. chop one sweet/vadila onion. mix it with equal amounts shredded cheese (i use a colby jack or some kind of "mixed" cheese). then use mayo to bind. bake it at 350 until bubbly and starting to brown. i usually serve with bagel rounds, pita chips or something along those lines.

This is like what we call Skyline dip...always a huge hit and SO good! We call it Skyline because we use Skyline Chili out of Cincinnati. No beans for us though and tortilla chips are good, but I think Fritos are better!
mix all together and bake about 20-25 minutes at 350 until bubbly hot. serve with crakers or my favorite frito scoops!
I make this one as well! It is SOOO good!
To dip, I like to take regular pita bread and cut it into triangles, spray with I Can't believe it's not butter spray and sprinkle cayenne pepper. Broil till crispy!
Here is one of my favorites, but DH doesn't like it, so it might not be to everyone's liking but:
Spread cream cheese on a plate/platter, put a layer of cocktail sauce, and top w/ canned shrimp. Serve w/ Ritz. So yummy! I think I may have to make this tonight now.
Buffalo Chicken Dip, just a tad different than the one above
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1 bottle Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1-2 bottles of Texas Pete Wing Sauce (start with one bottle and add more if you like)
1 can of chicken or boiled shredded chicken
Shredded cheddar to top
Pour everything but the cheese in a mixing bowl and stir until combined. Put everything in a baking dish and top with cheese. Bake at 350 until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips and celery.

Here's one of our faves, every person who tries is asks for the recipe.
1 Jimmy Dean Sausage, mild
2pkgs Philedelphia cream cheese
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
Brown the sausage, drain. Return to pan. Add cream cheese, tomatoes, and Rotel. Mix til all cream cheese is melted. Serve with Scoops chips. This is good right off the stove, or cold in the fridge. I prefer cold in the fridge.

I make this dip alot, and it is really well received. I don't really like mayo in my dips, so I usually omit that, but it is good either way.

Spinach Artichoke Dip - it's so yummy that people request me to make it any time I offer to bring food.
1 package frozen chopped spinach (drained and slightly defrosted)
2 small jars vigo marinated artichokes (chopped up)
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup parmesean cheese (can use powder or shredded)
2 tablespoons garlic
Mix all ingredients together and cook at 375 for 25 minutes. It's all kinds of gooey yumminess. Serve with bread or tortilla chips.
