Is anyone using Sam-e(e?)? Dosage question

I am a little confused on the dosing. Two boxes at Target: Origin and Nature's Bounty I think. Origin takes 2 200 mg tablets for a total of 400 mg a day and Nature's Bounty is 1 400 mg to begin with and can be increased up to 1600 mg maximum per day. I have a message into my psychiatrist early this morning but haven't heard back yet. To begin with though she wasn't sure that I would be able to find this or where in town so she may be looking into it and it's not as clear cut as a regulated medicine.
