U/S today PIP

This is the picture of my son at today's ultrasound.  LO weighs almost 6lbs. I'm just wondering how accurate those measurements are?  And I'm still measuring a little big. I was a week ahead with DD and at her last US they told us she weighed 5lbs...born a couple of weeks after that weighing 6 lbs 10 oz. And she was a little over 3 weeks early.  So I'm not sure what to think, and he feels super heavy. Also, he is sunny side up...contributing to my backpain, so I hope he turns. I wish the ultrasound pic wasn't so scary looking. lol...

Don't worry, those measurements can be WAY off! Often a pound off, but sometimes more than a pound.
