A coworker has a daughter named Oshyn. Yep, pronounced like ocean.

A former friend on FB named her baby boy Kaysen. I've never heard of it before, and can't decide if I like it or not.

SIL's sister just had a baby boy and gave him the middle name of Aksel. I think it just looks like they didn't know how to spell Axel/Axle lol.

Some interesting names from my extended family:

Kai (boy)

Being from MN I know several Aksel's. It's Scandinavian, although pronounced like Axel.
