Bleeding after internal.

I had my 37 wk appt today and he did another internal.  I didn't bleed the last 2 times he has done it but today I am.  It has been 5 hrs and it is between brown and red.  I still get quite a bit when I wipe (sorry TMI). Just wondering how long it usually lasts and when to call dr? I am 2 cm and 80% effaced also.

I had one when I spotted for almost 48 hours.  If it isn't bright red and you aren't filling up a pad you should be good.  But like always if you are really concerned call.
