Introduction

Hi Ladies,

It has been a crazy 10 days and I wanted to introduce myself on this board (I have been lurking for a few months with anticipation of having preemies).

My story is that I started having issues with PTL at 24 weeks with my twins (shortened cervix, contractions, etc) and was on bedrest for 10 weeks until my water broke for Baby A and I delivered at 34 weeks and 2 days.

It has been 10 days so far. The babies were in the NICU for 5 of those days and now have moved to the special care nursery. They both have feeding tubes and are close to regulating their own temperatures.

This whole thing has been physically and emotionally exhausting. I really admire all you ladies and the strength that you have and all that you have gotten through.

I do have some questions, but I figured I would introduce first and then get into those later! Thanks

Welcome to the board. Congratulations on the birth of your babies. Wow you did great baking them for another 10 weeks. I hope they have a speedy recovery in the special care nursery. Please keep us posted.
