Paxil and Bfing

Anyone else a preemie mom on paxil and breastfeeding?  My OB prescribed if for PPD but I have read that it is a very low transfer rate in milk, but some studies are unsure the effects on preemies.

i dont have experience with this per se, but i was on paxil a few years back and had really bad side effects. i gained a ton of weight and felt totally lethargic and out of it. then i had bad withdrawal when i tried to stop taking it.  at the time, i felt like i was going crazy, so i wish i'd just had some warning. you'll probably be fine, but if any of that happens to you, don't be scared. (and there's lots of other drugs you can take instead. i'm currently on wellbutrin)

My friend was on paxil most of the time she was breastfeeding. Although she did not have a preemie. She did gain weight but unsure if due to the paxil.
