We are giving this EC thing a try, but Nolan seems to really hate the potty. Either he screams the minute his butt gets set down or he tries to escape the whole time like he did in his useless bumbo.

Has anyone gone through this and found a solution?

i'd start by putting him near the potty and making that time extra fun, then on the potty with clothes on (in case the potty is cold, etc), then undressed.

also, sometimes Bunny really digs standing to pee. You could also make the cues when you know he's eliminating in his diaper so he's making that association.

IDK what you're using, but DD HATED the reducer seat at first. Screamed and arched her back, so obviously we couldn't use that. But I tried the potty chair (Ikea) and she sat down like it was totally normal. After a month or so of that, she was totally fine with the reducer.
