Our Adoption Journey Video

Anyways, here is our adoption journey montage/video.

The trip to Ethiopia definitely changed our lives, in more ways than one. In one of the poorest countries in the world, there is so much hope. I was deeply inspired by all the Ethiopian people and can not wait to go back and visit.

In the video - you'll see our journey with our referral, traveling to Ethiopia, going into the countryside, visiting the orphange (where you'll see a glimpse of us with his birth uncle - it's after the bunk bed picture). This meeting was, by far, the most emotional experience of my entire life. There aren't enough words to describe it - but I did a blog post about it a few weeks ago in my blog. You then see us meeting our son, taking custody, and finally coming home! I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who supported us - the thoughts were definitely felt on our end. The adoption community is truly amazing. A special thank you to CaptainSerious for all the help the past few weeks!

I coudn't help but get teary eyed.  What a lovely video. You and your dh make a sharp looking couple and now blessed with just a cutie pie son.  He has the best smile.

Congrats! I must say I'm a little biased and thinking that our son is the most gorgeous thing ever. However, your son is absolutely adorable. You can see his little personality in those pictures. He has beautiful eyes. Loved the video. I had to go google the first song because I had never heard it and am working on our Adoption Journey/ Baptism video for Thanksgiving. I will definitely be using that.
