    Nope.  I would work out as you normally do and then after your BFP you can discuss with your doctor.

    I'd recommend getting "Exercising Through Your Pregnancy".  It's great.

    I was doing my usual thing when we were TTC.  I raced all summer without any problems.  Good luck!
