I am TTC and also wanting to start working out and getting in better shape so I have a healthy pregnancy. What is a good way to get in shape without pushing my body to much since we are TTC? TIA!
I don't think you have to worry about 'pushing' your body too much while ttc - they shouldn't have anything to do with one another (unless you are talking about drastic amounts of exercise that would cause you to lose so much weight that you would stop menstruating, for example).
If you haven't been working out lately (or for a long time) and want to start slow, that's something else.

I agree. Before DD was born, I was getting into shape and eating right... then we found out we were pregnant with her. It usually helps your chances of getting pregnant when you are healthy or trying to be healthy.
I trained for my first 5K for 3 months and we conceived the week before I ran it...I exercised before but not running- I did a lot of spin classes and eliptical. I think any exercise is healthy for you and your reproductive system and to keep u during pregnancy. ( walking, swimming, etc.)
Re: not sure what is acceptable...
