Must haves for Twin mama's?

My sis is due with twins and since I have two kids I know what I really loved and didn't need...but anything that twin mamas really need that a singlton mom wouldn't?

A baby carrier - I HIGHLY recommend a Baby K'tan. It allows for a twin hold.

dont know if theres one out in temecula but im asking for meals from "dream dinners"  precooked meals all you have to do is stick in oven.  A week of those would save a ton of time.  (Not saying that a singleton mom wouldnt want/need as well)

your time!  come and hold a baby when you can...bring her a coffee and food!  let her shower and spend some time on herself.  My favorite people are the ones who just come and hang out...those days just go so much smoother when you have someone with you even if its just for a short time.

If she has a two level house its nice to have a change table on the ground floor (I have a play pen with a change table attachment) which has been a life saver.  Things to have up stairs for when she is putting away laundry or getting ready like an extra exersaucer, exercise mat etc...its nice not to have to lug stuff up and down the stairs after all you make two trips every time to bring up the babies!

I love breastfeeding pillows for the babies to rest in...i think they kind of feel like they are being held when you can't.  I would have a few around the house for that purpose.
