What is amazon mom?

It talks about a member ship and a few other things then goes on to you can cancle at anytime.  Does it charge you monthly?  Im wnat to make sure I know for sure what it is before I sign up for the 30% off to use with my 20% diapers coupon.

I signed up for a subscription service to get 30%  and then canceled the subscription after the diapers shipped. I signed up for amazon mom later and didn't have to add a subscription for anything.

You get free amazon prime shipping (completely free 2-day shipping for products from Amazon)  for three months when you sign up for it...So if you plan on buying a lot of diapers from there, maybe wait to sign up until closer to when baby comes? Or whenever you think it'll save you the most. (-:

You get 3 mos of free amazon prime (and they do NOT just start charging you after the 3 mos.  It just quietly expires) plus an extra month (up to 12)  for each time you make a $25+ purchase in the baby store in one transaction (once you "join" amazon mom, the item pages tell you if it counts as a baby store item).

So, it really is completely free.  And it gives you that extra savings on the disposable diapers (idk about cloth).

I just wanted to add that if you do a lot (or any) Amazon shopping, the prime membership is awesome to have.  We used to pay for it, but I got a prorated amount back after signing up for the Amazon Mom program.  I definitely got my money's worth out of our subscription last Christmas.
