regression re: pooping on the floor

DS was doing great at PT'ing until DD showed up three months ago. He has started peeing on everything and going into the bathroom and pooping on the floor and not the potty. He use to just help himself to the potty and tell me after he finished so I could clean him. Anyone have experience with something similar? Should I get on to him? Stop training? I am at the end of my rope with what I should do.
