    My first husband cheated on my, and it was heartbreaking.  It took me a long time to get over it, and get my self confidence back.

    I agree with the others that you want the money in your own account that he can't touch. You don't want him spending money that you are going to need to pay the bills and make sure you and your LO have everything you need. 

    I am so sorry you are going though all this.  It is crippling, and  hard to over come. 

    I suggest getting in with a counselor as early as tomorrow.  Even if it is just you.

    THIS! Good Lord what a pathetic excuse for a "man."

    If my DH used that excuse, then he would have cheated on me 100x since January alone (when I was laid off, became a SAHM, had #2, etc.).
