Two Under 2

Uppa Baby Vista

Does anyone with two already have this stroller and use the rumble seat? Can the child in the rumble seat see out?? Is it a giant pain? I am thinking of selling our Vista, but I really like it... decisions, decisions...

Re: Uppa Baby Vista

  • I just looked at it online tonight and there are three combos for seating, all of them have the rumble seat facing the pusher.  The options are which way you have the main seat facing and the car seat option.  It's not compatible to have rumble seat and bassinet.

  • i had the vista and loved it as a single. tried out the rumble seat in a store with DD and she instantly hated it!!!! it was so crammed for space. I sold mine and got the BJ City Select. She loves it!

  • I don't have it but have seen reviews on it (and demos) and was not impressed with the 2nd seat.  The Select really is the best single-to-double type like that out there if you ask me --- 2nd seat is same size, all same functions as other seat, etc.... great sun coverage - and great views for both children. i use mine every day and LOVE it.
  • I have the Peg Perego Skate and bought the jumper seat for it.  I thought about selling it, but I knew that I'd loose a lot of money doing that.  I wanted an inline stroller for quick trips into stores anyway, so I think it will serve it's purpose.  I'm planning on getting a double BOB for working out and being outside with the kids.

  • I have the Britax B-Ready which is the same frame as the Uppa Baby, but the 2nd seat can recline flat and it has 14 configurations. We haven't really used it yet, but I've taken DD for a while in it in the back a few times to get her used to it, and she doesn't have a problem being in the lower seat. She can also sit in the main seat b/c the infant car seat can attached to the lower position, or  a newborn/infant can lie in it b/c it is flat.
