I ordered from there during their Labor Day Sale - the following day I received a call saying they oversold on one item I bought and I could either cancel that part of my order, substitute, or wait until they receieved what I had ordered. I decided to wait but with the impending arrival of my LO (dr appt today said that even though I am only 36 weeks she thinks it'll be soon) I want/need the KL0s I ordered (which they had, just holding until the cover I also ordered came in) to prep them. I sent them an email asking about my order and within 2 hours I had a response saying she would gladly ship the KL0s today and the cover when they got it in - or I could still cancel the cover order or substitute.
Amazing customer service - I wish everywhere were like this.
