J.R. Watkins detergent?

I couldn't find the Seventh Generation HE at Target - but there was a J.R. Watkins brand detergent in the "green section". I decided to chance it and check the list on the site that has been posted here to reference for detergents (https://www.pinstripesandpolkadots.com/detergentchoices.htm) - but it's not on the list - or any other CD list that pops up when I google it. Has anyone used this on cloth diapers or should I buy something else. TIA!
