Need daycare ASAP ~ LONG

I start my new job tomorrow and my Nanny quit. I'm already have a tough time with having to go back to work. But I really need to go back to work. The savings for stay at home is gone, and we've lived with out it the last couple months and its been rough. So back to work I go. BUT I had a nanny all lined up. I really trust her, I was going to let her bring her daughter and watch him in my home. So friday when I was offered the job, I talked to her and she was like, "well I need to be able to take him places cause I simply can't be cooped up all day."  Well we aren't comfortable with her driving him around. So I told her that if she wants to take him to play group, I would just take time off for those days so she doesn't have to work and can still go do her thing. She hasn't gotten back to me. I figure our play group (which is how I know her) has the play dates posted a month in advance, so it would be really easy for me to just take part days or what ever. Or take those days off.

So here is the thing, I start tomorrow at 9 and I have to either take him with me and be like, "here it is, my nanny quit and I couldn't get a sitter during the weekend" It is a daycare, they just don't have space for him in the wobbler room full time.

Does anyone have an positive day care experiences? I am working at Rising Stars daycare on 96th and Flavel in SE. I need somewhere close by.

I'm already stressed and sad to be leaving DS, let alone all this sh!t.

HELP!!!
