Hello~
Just introducing myself here. I'm 33, recently married and am longing to get started with TTC. DH & I have decided to wait until late next summer to TTC - I travel cross country for work semi-frequently, he's in school (graduate - will be done FINALLY in JUNE!), and because it seems like the best plan is to make sure we're a little more settled with one another, financially, etc. I had baby fever like crazy 2 years ago, but it went away... now back with a vengeance! I know that taking this year to plan is good, but I'm getting so excited / anxious / like realizing Christmas is only 7 months away but this year you're SURE you're going to get that pony!
My plan for this year is to get in better shape (I have #15 to kick), take my PNV's, go to the dentist/PMD/GYN, increase short term disability, etc. It's all the boring stuff that isn't really any fun - but I'm sure that as in all other areas of life, the boring stuff just needs to get done.
I've held off on buying books so far, I'll "let" myself get those in January. When did you girls start really allowing yourselves to get into full baby mode? I'll be 34 by the time we TTC, and (hopefully) 35 by the time we have a baby, so my plan is to research as much as possible so that I can jump right in and hopefully get KU quickly. I have cousins that dealt with varying stages of infertility, so I know it's not all sunshine & roses. We're also a family of naturally occurring twins, so who knows??
Thanks for letting me ramble. I'm sitting in an airport right now, so I thought I'd let my mind wander a bit and say hello to everyone. Is Babies on the Brain the board that I would fall under since I'm not yet TTC but am thinking about it daily?
Have a great day!
