pelvic pain

Hi.  I have a question about pains I don't remember having with my seven year old twins.  I'm only about 15 weeks, but when I walk for any amount of time at all, I feel sharp pains at what feels like my cervix, just really low.  I had a cerclage last Friday, and had an ultrasound two days ago and the cervix was still long, but it really makes me just want to not even get up even though the doctor said the ultrasound results were fine.  Do any of you remember this happening this early on?
