NBR: Expired corn bread mix

I'm making chili and cornbread for dinner and my Jiffy Corn Bread mix has apparently been in the pantry too long.  It says Best if Used Before 1/20/10.

 

So.... would you use it?  I can't imagine it's "bad"... just maybe the baking soda/powder might not make them as fluffy??? 

 

I think I'll just use it, but what do you think?

I would still use it, but be prepared to toss if it seems weird.

Its probably ok. Won't hurt you but I have made those before expired and they tasted icky, they had a bite to them : (  I hope yours are better!
