Cloth wipes solution

I have been using Thirsties booty luster and I like it a lot,but I kind of wanted to do my own so its cheaper. Can someone share a recipe for homemade  cloth wipe solution? TIA!

You can just use water, it works just fine.  I use water with honey chunks, they are like $6 for 40 and last a week or so for me.

2L bottle, 1/2c baby wash, 1/2c baby oil, 10-12 drops TTO, fill bottle with warm water.
