Hi! Intro

Hi ladies!

Just a quick intro...I recently had a missed miscarriage. We lost our little bean at 8w5d and I had a D&E on August 10th. What is sad, we heard the heartbeat just 5 days before. We went three weeks thinking everything was fine..it wasn't until a had some very light spotting one morning that I realized something wasn't right. Went in for a US right away and they said there was not HB and that the baby stopped growing 8w5d.

It has been a long 6 weeks emotionally and physically. Lots of random cramping here and there after the procedure, lots of crying, lots of frustrations. But I am at the point now that I finally feel like I can really start thinking about TTC again.

I had AF last week. It lasted all of two days (which is really odd for me). My normal periods last a week. But I will say those two days were horrific. Lots of bleeding and cramping.

DH and I are waiting for another period to really start trying again. So maybe end of October/November?? But I wanted to go ahead and introduce myself to this board.

    Sorry for your loss, but welcome to the board. I'm sure you'll find lots of support here. The TTCAL road can be tough, but all of the women here are amazing, and have great advice. GL!
