o.m.g.  ...on a much smaller scale,  i've often thought the same about babylegs, since i first heard about then years ago.  and peepee teepees?  really?  but people buy them!  i've been waiting years to become a mom so i can come up with the next multi-million dollar mommy idea

I remember reading some posts awhile ago about ergo being a big mean-y in terms of trying to limit production of soft structured carriers b/c ergo held a patent.   Never really looked into it further.

That said - they have great customer service.  I recently slammed the door on the waist clip and broke it.  I emailed them and they sent me a new one right away, no questions asked.  Less than a week later my ergo was as good as new.  And I am super vigilant about making sure load the whole thing in the car.
