Hungry but sick all the time! Please, morning sickness go away!

If I let myself get hungry that is when I get really nauseous and throw up.  However, I can only eat a little bit then I am starving an hour later.  I am so sick of eating but I have no choice or I end up in the bathroom.  Is anyone else having this problem early in twin pregnancy?

I carried a box of crackers and a bottle of ginger ale with me all the time from about week 6 through week 12. I had nausea all day if I didn't snack on crackers...

YES!!!  Although luckily I haven't thrown up.  But I've found the hungerier I get the worse I feel.  I have a lot of nausea that doesn't go away.  And I'm STARVING!!!  I've been snacking on ginger snap cookies and I THINK they are helping!  I'm just trying to eat often and eat before I get TOO hungry.  Granola bars, cereal, bagels, fruit, sandwiches, salads, whatever is EASY and fast!

I am sorry you are feeling so bad. Just remember that this will pass and you will have beautiful babies in the end. When I was sick in the first 3 months I ate tons of protein. I would put peanut butter or almond butter on graham crackers, hard boiled eggs, and anything else that was high in protein. After about 2 days of protein crunching my nauseousness and vomiting would go away. The hard part was to keep on this diet to stop it from coming back. I think I was getting about 100 grams a day to do the trick. Good luck and I hope this helps
