I've read that a new feature in the 4.0s is that the elastic can be replaced.  Can this also be done on the 3.0s?

We got our diapers used and the elastics seem to be a little too streached out for my 2 month old and we have leaks all the time.

Oh yes! It's just designed to be a little easier to replace on the 4.0's, but it's not too bad to replace on the 3.0's, either.
